The leathery leaves are striped in light, silvery-green and dark green with an undulating or puckered surface. The backsides of the leaves are purple. As an understory plant in the tropical forests, it tolerates lower light while maintaining a compact size with a low spreading habit. Seersucker Plant grows best in high humidity and it’s ideal for the low light window or light garden. It can also be grown in a hanging basket.
