seeds came in a small resealable bag with written instructions. they germinated within two weeks. considering i'm new to gardening and it's probably not the right season to start growing these guys, still happy with my purchase.

Product Description
Love-Lies-Bleeding Amaranth. Amaranthus caudatus. 4-5 ft. Tender Annual/Reseeding. Called "Flower Gentle" by Culpepper, this tall plant produces pinkish-red, draping plumes with distinctly beautiful, opalescent, tiny seed that is both ornamental and edible. Can be used as both a cut or dried flower. Sow directly, 8-10 seeds per foot when soil is warm and danger of frost has passed. For an earlier crop, can be planted in flats and transplanted at 4-8 inches tall when danger of frost has passed. For cut flowers, pick at peak of bloom. Leave heads on plants until they drop a few seeds or pick before first frost for eating. Dry for about a week until brittle'. Planting Depth: 1/8"-1/4". Soil Temp.for Germ.: 65-90 degrees F.
