Firefly Leopard Plant - Farfugium - Indoors/Out - 4" Pot

This versatile plant with the tongue twister of a scientific name Farfugium japonicum 'Aureomaculatum' (a.k.a Ligulara) is a hardy plant for both outdoor and indoor use. Our selection, was named 'Firefly' because we think the spots gave the impression of Fireflies dancing in the garden and because Firefly is a lot easier to pronounce. 'Firefly' is a fast growing mounding plant to 2ft tall by 2ft wide with large, irregular cream to yellow spots laid on round, glossy, deep green leaves. Yellow daisy-like flowers bloom on branched flower stems in the fall. ‘Firefly’ is ideal for a moist shady garden, patio containers or as an indoor pot plant that easily tolerates the rigors of living with you and your family. Indoors grow in bright, indirect light of filtered window light. Keep evenly moist not wet or dry. Measurements are approximate.
