The deep purple petals of this lightly fragrant Daylily are almost 4″ wide and artfully finished with frilly white hems and bright green throats. The Daylily 500 Series has been bred to produce uniform plant habit and increased flowering, with mature plants of the "Simmons Overture" series projected to produce over 500 blooms per season! This striking variety will form a dense clump of grassy green foliage topped with upright stems. Flowers will bloom mid July and spent flowers can be trimmed back once finished.
