Zamioculcas 'Supernova' is a stunning variety of the easy-to-care-for ZZ, with more petite leaves that harden off to a dark, almost black color! Like its green sister, this ZZ does best in bright filtered light but tolerates lower light as well. Water when the soil has dried out all the way to the bottom. Can tolerate drought. If leaves turn yellow, water less frequently. Does best in bright to medium indirect light. Avoid direct sun. Tolerates low light but grows faster with more light.
New growth comes in lime green, then hardens off to dark, almost black. Repotting annually the first 3-5 years will encourage growth. Use a pot that has at least one drainage hole.
