It is the most efficient plant at removing harmful Carbon Dioxide from the air. It is recommended that one plant be placed in each room. Mini Jade Plant. Portulacaria afra. This very unusual and colorful plant is a slower growing succulent with dark green leaves and dark stems. It is an excellent house plant for a sunny window. It is native to Africa and likes to go dry between waterings. It is also excellent for bonsai! It has a pale pink flower. The fleshy trunk, branches and leaves are able to store water for a long period of time which makes it particularly well suited for offices, dormitory rooms, or anyone not wanting to be a slave to their plants.     I was so pleased with the condition of this plant when I received it. It was well-packaged and very healthy. It also was larger than I expected. Wonderful plant. Now I can't wait to order more!!

    I was impulsive and ordered this plant in February in Utah, so I wasn’t sure what you expect. It was also delayed 2 days by usps. But it was packaged well and a heat pack was included for free. My mini jade plant arrived beautiful & perfect. Will definitely order from Hirts again!

    we’re very satisfied with the plants. they are thriving joyously in the living room. the delivery was not on time as scheduled, but that the insufficiency of the usps, not the nursery.
