Shipping & Refunds
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within fifteen (15) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If your live plants arrive damaged send us a photo of the plant within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the plant. Send a photo of the plant with the label to: email@example.com. Please include the order number, product description and your shipping name and address. All seed sales are final.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping and Handling Costs are determined by the weight of the products and the destination.
