Rosary Vine (Ceropegia woodii). This plant is also known as Hearts entangled, or String of hearts..... Cool plant, I like them a lot.The Rosary plant makes an excellent house plant due to it's durability. It can withstand neglect, dry air, or drought, and bounce back with a single watering. (not to say that you should neglect it...) The vines of the Rosary plant are like thin wires with marbled, heart shaped leaves. They will reach two to four feet in length, so the plant should be hung or set on a pedestal where it will receive bright light for most of the day. (Full sun is ok, if some protection is provided during the hottest part of the day). The Rosary Vine prefer summer temperatures around 70-75 degrees, but during the winter it should be kept in a cooler room if possible (60-65 degrees). This plant is somewhat succulent, so be careful to never overwater, or allow it to set in water. Water thoroughly, and then allow the soil to completely dry out before watering again. During the active growing period of spring and summer, the Rosary plant should be fed monthly with an all purpose liquid houseplant food diluted to half strength. Use a porous potting soil with coarse sand added when you repot this vine in early spring, making sure to provide adequate drainage.

    Just received this little guy. Packaged well, no damaged vines, no soil loss. He acclimated very well and is doing wonderfully. Love the leaves.

    I always get it on sale well packaged (I buy in pairs, this is my second purchase of this product) it's a very hardy trailing succulent, easy to care for, loves sunlight, water weekly, I've been able to propagate with no problems. I love buying from Hirt's because I've never been able to find this particular vine here in Puerto Rico in any plant nursery or retail store. They sprout beautiful flowers which is how I received my first order ( late summer 2020) and all in all it's an abundant grower mine are still trailing even though it's late winter (jan2021). Can't wait until early spring-summer because they grow and bloom flowers like crazy. You will not regret having this lovely string of hearts along in your succulent collection be it in a pot of hanging, I know I'm a very happy customer. Over all I'm satisfied with the purchase experience.
