After receiving the item, contact the seller immediately if there is a problem with the order. Often times a photo will solve the problem. Send the photo of the plant with the label to: email@example.com . Be sure to include the order number, your name and address. If the problem is caused by Hirt's Gardens we will also refund the cost of the return shipping. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation. All seed and plants sales are final and there is no guarantee.
