Product Description

Spider Plants make excellent house plants or indoor plants as they are not only such easy-growing plants but have beneficial properties in cleansing the air of pollutants, especially formaldehyde and carbon monoxide. As it tolerates artificial lighting very well and has air purifying abilities, it’s most ideal in office environment where electronic pollutants are emitted. This plant is a relative of the common spider plant, but does not produce spiders. Requires bright light or filtered sunlight for best growth and vibrant leaf colors. Never locate Spider Plants in full sun that will scorch their foliage. Remove yellow or dried leaves to keep it tidy. Native to the rainforests of East Africa in the Usambara Mountains of Tanzania.

    I need u to stop putting the insert Chlorophytum comosum insert in these plants. It's not the right insert. It's saying it grows baby spiders. That was just frustrating me. When I was wanting to buy the plants that didn't grow spiders.

    If this plant doesn't grow little spiders. It will be nice to have my mom's plant replaced. That got taken from me. That got really big and beautiful. I bought the variegated purple heart to compliment these. That should be pretty

    It arrived well packed and very much alive. As soon as it was unpacked and drenched with water the more it had sprung out. All the plants that I received are well rooted and I’m very satisfied with the quality of their plants and Hirts take proper care in packing their plants. I’m more encouraged to buy from them again.

    Hirt’s really knows how to package their products well! She arrived quick, so beautiful and healthy and perfect. I can’t wait for her to grow and be repotted but for now she’s comfortable in the nursery planter with a cute glass candle lid for a saucer. Great first purchase from this site.
