Pluto Philodendron - Collector's Series- 4" Pot

A hybrid from Bob McColley orignated in the 60s. This is the precursor to the infamous Caramel Marble. Philodendron Pluto has serrated leaves that are a true sight to behold! The new leaves emerge a dark brown/deep pink and then mature to a deep olive green. These are fast growing plants and are easy to care for. The leaves can grow up to 2’ long! Philodendron vary greatly in their natural habits, but you will find a large number of them located in Latin America. Their leaves range from small to medium to large to gigantic! You'll find Philodendron with smooth, glossy foliage and some with velvety foliage!
