Fritillaria persica grows in tall spikes with multiple, hanging blooms of dark plum. These interesting plants make an interesting contrast to yellow and white flowers. If you would like yearly flowering we suggest lifting the bulbs in July and storing them in a warm (over 20C) location and then replant them in the fall. Hardy Zones 3-9. Months of Bloom: Mid Spring.
