Product Description
Calathea is a tropical plant from Brazil, Guyana, Colombia and Nicaragua. The handsome leaves are the attraction for tropical gardeners and indoor plant lovers as well. They are easy to grow indoors. Simple provide bright, indirect light and keep evenly moist, not wet or dry.
Striking foliage consisting of alternating dark and light green markings on large oval shaped leaves. The large, rounded leaves can grow to six inches wide and form a large clump. New leaves form in the center of the stalk in a trumpet formation as if to proclaim their arrival.

Itty bitty baby plant but healthy as can be
This thing is a tiny little baby plant for now. (which I expected because it's in a 2.5" pot) Currently, it has 6 little healthy leaves and strong stems but I know with time and the right care (I suggest watering with rain water, distilled or filtered water because they are very sensitive plants!) This little plant will be big and beautiful in no time.
