Product Description

Dracaena marginata 'Magenta' is an attractive, stiff-leaved plant with colorful foliage that sometimes goes by the name dragon tree. Most of the time, though, it’s sold simply as “Dracaena marginata” or just “Dracaena.” These are tough, drought-tolerant plants with aggressive root systems that make excellent houseplants—they are a little more forgiving than some of the other dracaena. It helps that they’re attractive and varied. They are sometimes grown as single-stemmed plants; other times grouped or even braided together in the same pot. Provide bright, indirect light and keep evenly moist, not wet or dry.

    Packaged Nicely and Arrived Quickly

    The plants had minimal damage from shipping even with the leaves being so long, and they are doing great now. They were packaged super well along with the other plants I got. 2 for the price of one is great! If you're concerned about ordering during winter, don't be the plants came with a heat pack and were packaged super well.

    I finally had a moment to take the wrapping off around the pots. (Very well packaged, no soil escaped.) I was very happy to realize there are two healthy plants in each pot! What a deal!

    Beautiful, healthy, good size...overall excellent plants. Arrived super fast. Packaged well. Very pleased with this purchase. These are two of many plants I’ve ordered from Hirt’s. Great customer service, as well. Thank you Matt and the plant care team at Hirt’s!
