Horribly packaged, arrived half dead
This is my first time ordering from Hirt's and I'm unlikely to order from here again. After charging $30 for mailing, they sent the plants through USPS rather than FedEx or UPS. The plants were horribly packaged - soil taped over and laying on their sides, with large bubble wrap on top, but nothing to protect the sides. I bought ivy in the same order; that made it (barely) because it's hardy stuff, but 3 of the 6 creeping Jenny plants I ordered were half dead. Also the tape on top of each plant pot had gaping holes which allowed soil to fall out in transit. I've ordered from other online nurseries, and this is by far the worst experience I've had.
