Golden Mop False Cypress -Chamaecyparis- Outside/Bonsai - 4" Pot

This is a smaller growing version of the Golden Threadleaf Cypress - with brighter golden color than the other cultivars. Leaves are stringy and cord-like forming a tight globose mound. Excellent in rock gardens, foundation plantings, or massing in large groups for spectacular effect. Unusual foliage stumps most gardeners ability to identify this curious but useful plant. Very much in demand due to small size and excellent color. 2-3 in ten years. Awards: Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society. Also makes a fantastic bonsai!
