It came wrapped and protected against the elements. I was a little nervous considering they don't like the cold but it came to me in perfect condition. I knew that it was going to be small but that's the joy in watching it grow. I order from Hirts all the time.
Absolutely love this little plant. Already growing new leaves. Like it so much I ordered a second.
When I placed an order, this plant was the one I was most worried about. I'll admit the packing wasn't super, but only one large leaf was damaged. I removed it and repotted her. She took some time to recover and perk up, and dropped one more tiny leaf, but now she's very happy and gives me a new leaf every couple weeks!! A very beautiful small plant that makes a statement for sure!!
