Bachelor Buttons - Centaurea cyanum. Heirloom 2-3 ft. Hardy Annual/Reseeding. Also known as 'Cornflower,' this classic blue flower compliments nearly every other color of the flower arranger's palette. Also called 'Boutonniere Flower' for its ability to hold up well in a button hole for a night on the town. Prolific bloomers and and a great cut flower, fresh or dried.
