‘Accent’ is a new variety of calla lily having inflorescences with a purple-colored spathe that produces 4-14 inflorescences per tuber. The inflorescence stems are about 35 cm in height, and the leaves are green with whitish spots and have a leathery texture. Popular for contemporary floristry and wedding flowers. These beautiful cup-shaped, upright trumpets are about 5" tall and 2 - 3 " across. Enjoying full sun to partial shade and growing 8 - 24 " tall, they are the best varieties available anywhere. Calla Lilies are natives of South Africa, now grown in southern California and can be used in beds, borders, patio pots or planters... also indoor house plants.
