Product Description
A very desirable member of the Gentian family, Carpet Tulips grows as small tufts of dark green, glossy leaves with many little tulip shaped pink flowers featuring yellow eyes. It blooms from mid summer to autumn. The flowers are carried on short, erect stems on low 2 inch tall plants. Centaurium enjoys a fairly fertile well-drained soil. It likes sunshine - in fact, the flowers only open wide in sun. Self-seeds freely. Centarium scilloides
