Product Description

"Heart-leaf" Philodendrons are probably one of the easiest house plants to grow. Place them nearly anywhere (except direct sun) and they will thrive. Allow the soil to dry about one inch from the surface before watering. Feed monthly with a balanced plant food. If your plant becomes leggy... just cut it back to the desired size. The cuttings are easily rooted in a container of water or vermiculite. Native to: Southern Brazil Growth habit: A trailing or climbing plant. When grown unsupported usually not over 12" in height. Vines can reach over 6 foot in length.

    After my previous experience of ordering an expensive "collector's series" plant and receiving a single stem, barely variegated and reverted ZZ plant, I was a bit hesitant to order another "collector's series" plant from Hirts. Was I going to receive a reverted plant with only a few variegated leaves? 1-2 stems maybe? after going back and forth I ultimately decided to give it another try and purchased the plant. Packaging and time frame of delivery was impeccable and the plant itself was satisfactory for its price. Leaves are mature, healthy and new growth was appearing. It was a gamble but I'm glad I purchased this plant.
