    I got this for my husband for Christmas so he hasn’t opened it yet but the kit came quickly after ordering it and was very well packaged. The Juniper tree was in a ball of dirt or moss and moistened and then wrapped securely in a plastic bag which was closed tight. It has been a week and it is still moist. I called Hirts to ask if I should give it to my husband before Christmas and they explained very clearly and were very friendly that I just needed to take it out of the box so it could get light and it should be fine. It’s been a week and following their advice it is still moist and doing well. I will be happy to order from them again in the future.

    My daughter has always wanted a bonsai. I ordered this for her for her birthday. It arrived quickly & I was surprised at the great quality of the tree. Would definitely recommend!
