I never knew thyme could have a citrus smell and taste, but this is legit! The smell is very strong lemon zest and the flavor is like thyme with a lemon extract finish — not tart or sour at all. I can’t wait to use it more!

Lemon Thyme
Disappointed that my lemon thyme arrived so wilted but it is a bushy good sized plant. After a good soaking and a few days in my windowsill it has perked up however my initial observation is confirmed that the thyme plant I received is not what is pictured. There is no variegation on the leaves and it does not smell like lemon at all. It appears I got a regular thyme plant. All is not lost since I use thyme for culinary purposes. Just wish I'd gotten this variety.

Great Plant
This is a beautiful, large, and healthy-looking plant. It shipped and arrived quickly, and was in a pot and wrapped quite well. There was only a small amount of dirt in the box. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely order from this shop again!
