Hardy Daisy Gardenia - Hardy 0 degrees - Kleim's Hardy - 2.5" Pot

This Southern shrub is appreciated for its hypnotically-scented, pure-white flowers blooming on and off throughout summer. In its off-season, it forms a rounded evergreen that provides a nice foil to low-growing perennials, or easily stands alone. Grow in full sun or partial shade. In siting, plant with protection from winter winds and near a window or patio where the fragrance can be enjoyed. This selection suffered no winter damage at 0 degrees F. The Daisy Gardenia also makes a great houseplant preferring a sunny location. Used for tea flavoring in China.
