DAISY: Daisies are all-time favorites for the perennial border. The cheery flowers begin to appear in late spring and continue on for several months if faithfully deadheaded. A plant that is easily grown in average, well-drained soils in full sun. Good drainage is essential for this plant! Unsurpassed in the border and for cutting. Give them a sunny spot and a balanced plant food in the spring and once again when buds form. Remove flowers as they fade to promote further bloom.
