Origin: The species is native to the eastern United States. Stunning warm, tomato-red flowers to 5" wide. A real treat to 3' tall and nearly as wide covered with flowers till frost. Plants are well branched and show excellent vigor.
Requires full sun and well-drained fertile soil. Dead-heading will prolong the flowering period. Long-flowering daisies for the sunny border, prairie garden or wildflower meadow. Also used for cutflowers.
