My plant arrived in a box with other items that looked like it had been danced on by the post office. I had a broken pot in the box and my Hoya looked like someone stuck their foot right in the middle of it. I received a replacement pot within a couple of days. (Good service from Hirt’s). The Hoya I had to rinse off, pick off many crushed leaves, and repot. I look forward to my plant bouncing back and becoming a beautiful Hoya. Hopefully the postal employees will be more careful of handling packages clearly marked Fragile!
