Product Description

The same exceptional flavor of a wild blueberry. In spring, these mounded, “half-high” plants are dotted with white flowers, which give way to small- to medium-size berries that will give you a taste of the Northern wilds. Early-mid season. Introduced in 1986. Cold-hardy. Ripens in late June to early July. Self-pollinating, but will yield larger crops if pollinated with Northblue. Hardy in zones 3-7 Cannot ship to Washington state due to USDA regulations.

    Healthy plant well packaged!

Very happy with this plant. My only complaint is that the plants were sent out just before a holiday weekend and sat at the post office in Arizona heat for 24 hours longer than they normally would have without the holiday, and there is nothing in the package to keep plants cool. Thankfully, Hirts did a wonderful job packaging and preparing the plants for shipping. This specific plant did have a lot of leaf loss upon arrival but seems to be doing well now! Will purchase from Hirts again in the future for my gardening needs. Thank you!
