Lady Stratheden Avens Perennial - Geum - Quart Pot
Gift wrapping Options available
'Lady Stratheden' Geum is nearly identical to 'Mrs. Bradshaw' except it has double yellow flowers. Plant Lady Stratheden Geum in full sun in fertile well drained soil. 'Lady Stratheden' adapts to most soil types well except for soils that are constantly wet. Space new container grown plants 14" to 24" apart depending on how quickly you want the area to fill in. Most varieties of Geum chiloense are short lived perennials with some gardeners growing them as annuals. Geum is useful for borders and mass plantings. Their flowers are excellent for cutting for spring and summer wildflower bouquets.
