Product Description

LAVANDULA: An indispensable member of the herb family, used for perfumes and potpourri, its ornamental, compact habit along with gray-green scented foliage make it a welcome addition to the perennial border. Appearance: Lavender is a perennial evergreen shrub with narrow, silver, needlelike leaves on bushy plant up to 10 inches tall. The lavender-blue flowers appear in summer and stretch up about 6 inches higher. Growing Know-How: Plant in full sun and clean, well-drained soil 12 inches apart. Mulch with an inch or two of coarse sand. Give the plant time to reemerge in spring before trimming. In areas with mild winters, you can shear growing lavender into a low hedge, knot, or edging. Lavender Herb Live Plant

Posted by Kenda M. Goodlow on May 16th 2021

I was sooooo excited about this delivery. I ordered it for my mother for Mother’s Day - Lavender is her favorite color and her favorite plant, she loves the smell. I ordered this plant “expedited” delivery becasue this website says they do next day delivery. I ordered it on the Thursday before Mother’s Day so it would be delivered by Friday or Saturday (the day before Mother’s Day). I paid nearly $40 for expedited delivery and, not only, di the plant did not arrive before or on Mother’s DAy .. it arrived Tuesday (2 days after)!!! But I paid $40 for an expedited delivery, since when is 5 days expedited? Then we receive a plant that is dry and withered, lifeless...dead. We hoped with a little sun and TLC that it would come back to life, but no 4 days later i have the deadest, driest plant I’ve ever seen. The main reason I picked this company is because of the rave reviews about how much care they took when they mailed the plant and what good shape the plants were in. Not the case for me. I’ve just had the absolute worst experience all around and I’ve paid nearly $70 for dead, worthless, dried plant. It would be great to hear from someone at your company about this.
