From South Africa and Zimbabwe, the Angel's Fishing Rods has showy, gray-green leaves and bell-shaped, pink flowers on arching stems in summer. Grow in a sheltered area or by the waterside. May be overwintered in Zone 6 with a heavy mulch. In cooler areas, grow it as an annual that will reseed itself. Very highly recommended.
